Rick Struse is Senior Vice President of Investment Sales and Brokerage at Vanguard Realty Group. He specializes in the disposition of multifamily communities located throughout the Washington D.C. Area and the Mid-Atlantic region. He concentrates his professional efforts in representing and negotiating on behalf of sellers and buyers of apartment properties by providing strategic market analysis, cash flow analysis, repositioning, and in finding tax-deferred (Section 1031) exchange properties for his clients. His sales have included multifamily properties totaling approximately 4,650 units, single tenant net leased, self storage, and office properties.
