Goodwill Industries: Served as exclusive leasing agent for Goodwill’s newly constructed headquarters building in Rockville, MD, achieving 100% occupancy. Goodwill Industries is North America’s leading nonprofit provider of education, training, and careerservices for disadvantaged individuals.

American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA): Appointed as exclusive leasing agent for ASHA’s trophy, 144,000 square foot, gold LEED certified headquarters building in Montgomery County’s I-270 Corridor.

RETAIL

Vanguard’s retail team has successfully represented a multitude of quality tenants such as Jones Apparel, Sport & Health, and Quizno’s, as well as a variety of landlords throughout the National Capital area. Vanguard’s retail team members become an integral part of the communities they serve and play an active role in the initiatives surrounding our communities, with an emphasis on those neighborhoods experiencing a transition or revitalization effort.


Sport & Health: Appointed as exclusive representative for new locations throughout the National Capital area. Established in 1973, Sport & Health has grown to be the Washington area’s largest health and fitness company, with 24 locations in Virginia, Maryland, and the District.

 Mack Trucks: Exclusively represented Mack Trucks in it’s negotiation for a 315,000 SF build-to-suit in Elkridge, MD, which serves as the company’s distribution hub for the eastern United States and Europe.
